It’s that time of year again. When the temperature has dropped to the point where you no longer need the AC on 24 hours a day and woolly jerseys become acceptable even if it’s not that cold in Dubai. It’s also that time of the year when hearty soups, and warm porridges make an appearance again.

We munched and brunched at BookMunch’s newest branch in Bay Square, Business Bay, trying out their Saturday Brunch menu a few weeks ago. While this branch does not cater as much to kids as their Wasl Road branch does, with mainly cookery books in store, it still retains the fun and playful atmosphere.
Rainy day brunches are the best. Well in Dubai anyway. For all the years that I’ve been living here it has barely rained as much as it has this year.Continue Reading
